"Dear Tony & Paula,
Elaine and I want to thank you for your hospitality and seminar content. We each found it to be very useful in our own specific areas, myself for the office side and Elaine for the salon side, but also for the success of the business in general as you conveyed the advantages we would have over many other businesses in our particular area (both of expertise and geographically) by introducing program concepts that we currently do not use. We particularly liked the 'Loyalty Points' system and that is where we will initially start to implement what we gained overall from the seminar. We also saw a huge efficiency benefit to having the 'Post Code' add on, to speed up new client data entries and you helped us with other queries we had brought with us.
On top of the major benefits we gleaned from the seminar of which the above were just a few, there were lots of small tips, such as creating a charity item within the 'Charts of Accounts' for tax benefits and donations made throughout the year, the option of building products into services in order to enhanced product sales, ticking/checking the complementary box to that complementary gift certificates don't go through the POS as paid for (and therefore taxed) and also using the program's filters to better effect.
There were many other items of importance that we learned other than those mentioned above and in time we will employ most if not all to enhance our salon and it's system, however, at this moment in time, we just wanted to convey how beneficial we thought the seminar ad been for us and once again to thank you both, and that includes Tom and Stephen, for putting together such a good seminar plus the most excellent accommodation arrangements and to let you know that we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the seminar itself.
Finally, we would like to add that the above would never have been available via the previous company and shows your professionalism and your dedication to both your clients and the program and therefore we would have no hesitation in recommend I Got Style to anyone out there who may be looking for a Salon Management Solution.
